Booking confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, transport, houseboats and sightseeing services at the time of confirmation.
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the tour or as communicated by Rayvia Tour and Travel.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policies. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
The itinerary is planned according to current road conditions and local regulations. Rayvia Tour and Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, landslides, traffic restrictions, government orders, strikes, natural calamities or any unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
Private vehicle services are provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary. Any additional sightseeing, extra usage, route changes or waiting time requested by the guest will be charged separately.
Local union regulations apply in destinations such as Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Doodhpathri and other notified tourist areas. Union taxis, pony rides, guides or local transport, wherever mandatory, are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
Adventure activities such as Gondola rides, horse riding, ATV rides, rafting, skiing, snow activities, camel rides, boating and similar optional activities are not included unless clearly specified.
Entry tickets for gardens, monuments, parks, museums, ropeways and other tourist attractions are not included unless mentioned in the package.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid Government-issued photo identification throughout the journey. Hotels and local authorities may refuse services without valid ID proof.
Room decoration, honeymoon arrangements, candle light dinner, cakes, flower decoration, Shikara rides or other complimentary services are provided only when specifically included in the booked package.
Houseboat allocation may vary depending on operational availability while maintaining the booked category or equivalent standard.
Rayvia Tour and Travel shall not be held responsible for delays, flight cancellations, train delays, missed connections, loss of baggage, personal belongings, accidents, illness or any circumstances beyond our control.
Guests are advised to purchase suitable travel insurance for complete financial and medical protection during the tour.
Any damages caused to hotel property, vehicles, houseboats or other facilities by guests shall be charged directly to the guest.
Cancellation and refund requests shall be processed according to the Rayvia Tour and Travel Cancellation & Refund Policy.
By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges that all package details, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and travel conditions have been read, understood and accepted.
