These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings, enquiries, payments, itinerary planning, hotel or houseboat stays, car bookings, tour packages, and custom travel services arranged through Rayvia Tour and Travel.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is treated as confirmed only after Rayvia confirms availability, pricing, itinerary details, and payment status. Online checkout, enquiry submission, or form submission does not by itself guarantee final availability until confirmed by Rayvia.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate names, phone numbers, email addresses, travel dates, pickup and drop locations, number of travellers, room requirements, meal plans, and special requests. Rayvia is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Prices shown on the website may include base service prices and applicable GST where configured. Final pricing can vary due to season, hotel inventory, vehicle route, permits, union rules, government charges, snow-chain requirements, local transport restrictions, or customer-requested changes.
4. Hotels, Houseboats, and Stays
Hotel and houseboat bookings depend on actual room availability, room category, meal plan, occupancy rules, extra bed policy, and property approval. Contact details may be released close to check-in as per Rayvia privacy and vendor process.
5. Cars and Transfers
Car bookings are route, date, vehicle, and capacity dependent. Customer passenger count must not exceed vehicle capacity. Route restrictions, parking, tolls, local union rules, snow conditions, and waiting charges may apply where relevant.
6. Tours and Custom Packages
Tour itineraries are planned according to selected destinations, duration, hotel nights, vehicle availability, activities, and weather conditions. Rayvia may adjust sequence or timing for operational safety, road closures, or better travel flow while keeping the service value aligned with the booking.
7. Customer Conduct
Customers must behave respectfully with Rayvia staff, drivers, hotel teams, vendors, and local partners. Abusive conduct, harassment, damage to property, illegal activity, or unsafe behaviour may result in cancellation without refund for the affected service.
8. Force Majeure
Rayvia is not liable for delays, route changes, cancellations, or additional costs caused by weather, landslides, snowfall, strikes, government orders, road closures, natural disasters, health restrictions, civil disturbance, or events outside reasonable control.
