Contact Detail Protection

For hotel bookings, Rayvia may restrict direct customer-vendor contact details until close to check-in to protect both parties and maintain booking accountability. Contact details may be released automatically before check-in where configured.

Sharing Information

We share only the information needed with hotels, houseboats, drivers, vendors, payment providers, WooCommerce, email systems, and operational partners required to deliver the booking. We do not sell personal information.

Data Security

We use reasonable WordPress, WooCommerce, server, and admin access controls. No internet system is risk-free, so customers and vendors should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data beyond required booking or verification documents.
