Service Delivery Policy

After successful payment, Rayvia confirms the service internally and coordinates with hotels, drivers, activity providers or tour operations as applicable.

Booking details, payment status and service notes are shared by email/WhatsApp or through customer support. Customers must provide correct name, phone, email, travel date and passenger details.

Customers are responsible for valid IDs, permits, age proof where required, accurate traveller details, timely reporting and following local/official travel rules.
